Invoice Reports\Invoice Payment Plan Export Report

Displays Payment Plan records per Invoice, including the Client Name, Client Code, Invoice Number, Invoice Date, Product, Provider Name, and other various fields.

New South Wales Reports\ACE Quarterly Courses Data Report

Lists Client Enrolment records per row against Funding Source Codes 'CSD','CSE','CSR','SLP','TSB', and 'TSS' as per the ACE Data Collaboration Project Data Sharing Manual Version 1.3.

New South Wales Reports\ACE Quarterly Demographics Data Report

Lists Client records per row associated with Enrolments against Funding Source Codes 'CSD','CSE','CSR','SLP','TSB', and 'TSS' as per the ACE Data Collaboration Project Data Sharing Manual Version 1.3.

Progress Reports\Progress Hours Report by Qualification

Displays the number of Hours Enrolled, Commenced, Withdrawn, Completed and Un-resulted hours per Client, grouped by Qualification.

Progress Reports\Progress Unit Report by Qualification

Displays the number of Units Enrolled, Commenced, Withdrawn, Completed and Un-resulted Units per Client, grouped by Qualification.

Staff Reports\Staff Report by Deliverable Units

Displays staff members broken down by Deliverable Units. Displays each Deliverable Unit, Staff Member, and supported Credentials.

Employer Manager\Employer Accounts Payable Invoice Summary Report

1. Bug Fix. Resolved an error which would prevent the user from running the report when accounting for the Name of the Programme assigned to the Invoice line item's Enrolment details.

Programme Manager\Occurrence Class Client Report

1. Column Updates. The Payment Status and Fees Outstanding columns have now been replaced with the Attendance Type and Attendance Reason.

Qualification Manager\Modules in Course Report

1. Cluster Column. Swapped out the Core/Elective column with a new column which will show the name of the Unit Cluster.

Staff Manager\Staff Supervised Enrolments Report

1. Supervised Enrolment Categories. Modified the Supervised Enrolments categories to filter records to the following: 

   • Supervised Enrolments = Records not associated with Occurrences only

   • Supervised Occurrence Enrolments = Records associated with Occurrences only

   • Supervised Employer Enrolments = Records associated with Employer Enrolments or Bookings

Statement of Fees Report

1. Jobs and Skills WA Category. Added the Fee Free Course and Skill Set options to the Jobs and Skills WA Category prompt in-line with Business rules v1.3 provided by DTWD below:

Updated Standard Reports

Enrolment Reports\Enrolment Numbers Reports

1. Display Options. Added a new option to allow the user to filter records depending on whether to include or exclude Linked Enrolments.

2. Show Clients. Updated the Show Clients option to include the Client's Preferred Name if one is entered.

Invoice Reports\Invoice Report

1. Amount Outstanding. Added a column to display the Outstanding Amount per Invoice.

National Reports\National Training Plan (ATF-045)

1. Duplicate Pages. Fixed an issue where the pages would duplicate if the report is run against a Contract containing multiple Enrolments.

Security Reports\User Entry Report

1. Bug fix. Fixed a bug which would cause Access Violation errors to occur, resulting in the Units/Modules category appearing regardless of whether this section was selected or not.
2. User Entries Without Staff. Added a checkbox to the filtering options page to filter the report to User Entries which have no staff members assigned, this may occur if the Staff Member was deleted after the Data Entry is recorded

South Australia Reports\South Australia Training Plan 2022

1. Page Duplication. Fixed an issue where the pages would duplicate when the report is run against a Client with many Contracts assigned.
