The Spelling tab of General preferences has settings that relate to the autocorrect/spelling options displayed within wizards with large text boxes.
Choose File > Global Preferences.
General preferences are displayed when Global preferences opens. Then choose the Spelling tab:
The Spelling preferences are:
- Checkbox toggles to turn Spell checking and AutoCorrect on/off

Spelling Options
This area determines how strict you wish for the VETtrak spell check options to be, including a range of options to ignore certain text entry details:
You can also define your custom Dictionary within this area, entering any unrecognised words that may be used by your organisation.
Finally, you can choose the Default Language that your spellcheck will make use of. By default, this will be English (Australia).
AutoCorrect Options
AutoCorrect can be used to immediately correct any obvious mistakes when typing into a large text area.
This area will allow you to select specific AutoCorrect options on key text-entry errors, as well as configure any exceptions you require:
The Text Replace area can be used to define any specific text replacements you wish to take place automatically within your text entry.
