Choose File > Global Preferences, or click on the toolbar.
Select Programme preferences from the Preference items list, then choose the Adding tab:
The preferences are:
- Default class start time
- Default class finish time
- Always show classes for new enrolments
- Always show units for new enrolments
- Always show events for new enrolments
- Add new occurrence events to enrolments
- Always add classes to new occurrences
- Only add clients to classes between enrolment dates
Default class start time
This sets the default value for Start time in the Class Wizard, when adding classes to an occurrence.
The Start time can still be adjusted for the class within the wizard.
Default class finish time
This sets the default value for Finish time in the Class Wizard, when adding classes to an occurrence.
The Finish time can still be adjusted for the class within the wizard.
Always show classes for new enrolments
This preference sets the default state of the Show class list checkbox when enrolling a client into an occurrence. If enabled, the checkbox will be ticked.
This checkbox can still be ticked or unticked from the wizard, and if enabled will display a step to select classes for the enrolment.
Always show units for new enrolments
This preference sets the default state of the Show unit list checkbox when enrolling a client into an occurrence. If enabled, the checkbox will be ticked.
The checkbox can still be ticked or unticked from the wizard, and if enabled will display a step to select units for the enrolment.
Always show events for new enrolments
This preference sets the default state of the Show event list checkbox when enrolling a client into an occurrence. If enabled, the checkbox will be ticked.
This checkbox can still be ticked or unticked from the wizard, and if enabled will display a step to select events for the enrolment.
Add new occurrence events to enrolments
This preference sets the default state of the Add the event to all ACTIVE enrolments within this occurrence checkbox at the final step of the Occurrence Event Wizard. If enabled, the checkbox will be ticked.
The checkbox can still be ticked or unticked in the wizard.
Always add classes to new occurrences
This preference sets the default state of the Show class calendar wizard after saving occurrence checkbox at the final step of the Add Occurrence Wizard. If enabled, the checkbox will be ticked.
The checkbox can still be ticked or unticked manually in the wizard.
Only add clients to classes between enrolment dates
If enabled, this preference will ensure that clients are only added into classes in the occurrence that fall between the enrolment start and finish dates.
If Show class list is ticked when enrolling in the occurrence, the Use column checkboxes will only be ticked for the applicable classes.
This is useful if you have long running occurrences where clients are enrolled for only a part of the occurrence duration.
