Registration Save in the VETenrol Admin
Registration Save is a section of Standard Settings, which is accessed from the Configuration () page in the VETenrol Admin.
The section has two related features that allow users to save their registration progress and return to complete it at a later date.
Save for Later
Save for Later enables students to return to the registration process at a later time (via an emailed link) while retaining their progress.
- Enable Save for Later feature toggles the option to enable or disable the feature.
- The Subject field allows you to specify a custom subject line for the email sent to users. A default subject line will be used if this field is blank.
- The Body field controls the body text in the email. The default will be used if this is blank. Additionally, you can insert the default message for you to make alterations by clicking the Default button.
Type plain text or html directly into the field. Alternatively, click to open the Editor, where text can be entered and formatted, then click Apply and the resulting html will be inserted into the field. Click Save to commit the changes.
Save for Support
Save for Support offers users a chance to request help from the training organisation. It is based on Save for Later, however it also ensures the organisation receives a message from the user containing their request.
The Save for Support feature requires Save for Later to be enabled.
- Enable Save for Support feature toggles the option to enable or disable the feature.
- The Support Message field controls the on-screen support message. The default will be used if this is blank. This field will remain disabled unless the feature is enabled.
Type plain text or html directly into the field. Alternatively, click to open the Editor, where text can be entered and formatted, then click Apply and the resulting html will be inserted into the field. Click Save to commit the changes.
