A list of submitted Eligibilities can be viewed and managed by choosing Activity () and then Eligibilities from the menu.
Users are required to complete basic information (Name, Email, Phone Number) to submit their eligibility. The fields, apart from Email which checks for a properly formed address, only ensure something has been entered.
The following details are provided, as available:
- Name — The user's name. Click the name to view the Eligibility Details.
- Email — The user's email address.
- Eligibility — The name of the form the user completed.
- Date — Date the form was completed.
- Outcome — The result the user obtained on completion of the form.
- Delete — Click to delete the associated record.
