Nationality questions
The Include Nationality question option can be enabled () to add the question to the Identity step. Answering it is not required unless the option Mandate Nationality question is also enabled.
Remove Identity document file uploads
A file upload feature is offered by default, which can be removed entirely by enabling () the Disable Identity document uploads option.
Mandate upload of identity document
A file upload feature is offered by default, however uploading copies of identification is not required. The Require upload of identity document checkbox can be enabled () to make uploading a file mandatory.
NOTE: While the upload of a file can be made mandatory, the file contents cannot be verified as being legitimate. Staff members will need to manually check the file to ensure the user has uploaded a scan of their identification and not just any file to complete the step. Staff members should be aware that users could upload inappropriate/sensitive material or potentially harmful files (either intentionally or inadvertently) and should not open files with unknown file extensions.
