Details is a category of Registration Steps, which is accessed from the Configuration () page in the VETenrol Admin.
These settings apply to the Details step in the standard registration process, which is where users provide their contact information.

This button commits any changes to the settings. It appears to the right of the navigation area and at the bottom of the page. Saving will keep changes to settings made across tabs.
Details step options
The options are:
- Enable International Addresses
- Mandate known suburbs in addresses
- Do not collect Postal Address
- Do not collect Emergency Contact details
- Mandate Emergency Contact details
- Collect Emergency Contact as a Relationship
- Do not collect Citizenship
Enable International Addresses
Toggle this option to enable or disable support for international addresses.
For example:
When the setting is enabled, the Address Type drop-down menu is available for Residential and Postal addresses.
Mandate known suburbs in addresses
VETenrol offers an auto-complete feature for addresses which is activated when a user begins entering their suburb/city. The feature displays a list of matches based on what the user types and if a selection is made, the City, State, and Post Code are completed as per the selection.
The Mandate known suburbs in addresses option prevents users from entering data that does not appear on the auto-complete list.

Toggle this option to enable or disable the Postal Address section on the Details step.

Toggle this option to enable or disable the Emergency Contact Details section at the Details step.

Toggle this option to require or leave optional the Emergency Contact Details section at the Details step.

Toggle this option to use client relationships when collecting Emergency Contact information at the Details step. This option will also inherit the Remove option for Single Name setting from the Personal step.

Toggle this option to include or remove the Citizenship section on the Details step.

Residential Address
This section controls the text displayed at the second step of the standard registration process under the Residential Address heading.
- Type plain text or html directly into the field.
- Alternatively, click to open the Editor, where text can be entered and formatted, then click Apply and the resulting html will be inserted into the field. Click Save to commit the changes.
Contact Details
The options are:
- Do not collect Home Number
- Do not collect Work Number
- Do not collect Mobile Number
- Do not collect Fax Number
- Do not mandate Email address
- Mandate re-entry of email address
- Collect secondary email address
- Collect Preferred Contact Method
Do not collect Home Number
Toggle this option to hide/show the Home Phone Number field for the Details step.

Toggle this option to remove/include the Work Phone Number field for the Details step.

Toggle this option to remove/include the Mobile Phone Number field for the Details step.

Do not collect Fax Number
Toggle this option to include or remove the Fax Number in the Contact Details section of the Details step.

Do not mandate Email address
Toggle this option to enable or disable the mandatory collection of an email address as part of the Contact Details. An email address must be provided by default (not necessarily valid), however if this option is enabled the field will not be required and the user can proceed to the next step without completing it.
If an email address is not provided, the automated confirmation email cannot be sent.
Mandate re-entry of email address
Toggle this option to include or remove the field for users to re-type their email address to confirm it is correct.

Collect secondary email address
Toggle this option to include or omit the Alternate Email Address field and the option to send emails to both addresses in the Contact Details section at the Details step.
