Group Registration Payment Preferences

Group Registration Payment Preferences is a category of Payment Settings, which is available from the Configuration () page.

These settings are to determine the choice of payment methods that will be offered during the Group Booking process.

Click the Group tab on the Payment Settings page to view them.

There are three sections of related options.

  1. Payment Instructions
    This section allows for instructions to be included under the Payment Options heading at the Confirm step during the booking.
    Type plain text or html directly into the field. Alternatively, click VETenrol Admin Pencil icon to open the Editor, where text can be entered and formatted, then click Apply and the resulting html will be inserted into the field. Click Save to commit the changes.
  2. Payment Methods
    • Bill to Business — Enabling this option will permit users to choose for their employer to pay for the course. The Employer can be matched in VETtrak Web Enrolments before being accepted.
    • Direct Debit — Enabling this option permits users to choose Direct Debit from Bank Account or Credit Card as their payment method.
    • Purchase Order  — Enabling this option permits Purchase Order as a payment method. If selected, users will also be required to enter a purchase order number.
  3. Payment Plans
    • Allow generic Payment Plan — Enabling this option permits users to choose Payment Plan as their payment method. This payment method does not request further details from the user.
    • Allow EziDebit Payment Plan — Enabling this option will permit users to choose to pay by EziDebit Payment Plan. This will also enable the checkboxes for you to choose the allowed options for Payment Frequency that is requested from users together with an Instalment amount when this payment method is chosen.
    • Allow Debit Success Payment Plan — Enabling this option will permit users to choose to pay by Debitsuccess Payment Plan. This will also enable the checkboxes for you to choose the allowed options for Payment Frequency that is requested from users together with Instalment Amount when this payment method is chosen.
    • VETenrol does not integrate with Ezidebit or DebitSuccess.
      VETtrak has integrations for both. VETenrol collects the extra details to be used as a guide when creating the payment plan in VETtrak.


These payment options are NOT automated!
It is the responsibility of your organisation to determine the validity of registrations where any of these payment methods have been chosen and to implement processes accordingly.
